These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any services you purchase from GSD Tech Group LLC ("GSD Tech Group," "we," "us," or "our"). By submitting an inquiry, engaging us for a project, or using this site, you agree to these Terms.
GSD Tech Group builds websites, booking/inquiry forms, and local SEO support for service-based businesses, as described on our Pricing section. Specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for your project will be confirmed after your intake call, and may be summarized in a quote, invoice, or written agreement.
Prices listed on our site (e.g., $300–$800 for a Site Build, $75–$200/month for a Care Plan) are ranges and estimates. Your final price depends on project scope, complexity, and requested features, and will be confirmed in writing before work begins.
Our process is: intake call, build, review & launch, ongoing care (see our Process section). Timely feedback and content from you (branding, photos, copy details, login access where needed) helps us stay on schedule. Delays caused by missing input from your side may extend your timeline.
Each Site Build includes a reasonable round of revisions during the "Review & Launch" step. Requests beyond the agreed scope, or after launch, may be billed separately or handled under a Care Plan.
Once a Site Build is paid in full, you own the final website content and design created specifically for your business. GSD Tech Group retains the right to reuse general templates, code structures, and non-client-specific design components in future projects, and may reference completed work in our own portfolio unless you request otherwise.
You may cancel a project before work begins for a full refund of any deposit. Once work has started, deposits are non-refundable but cover work already performed; we'll discuss a fair resolution for work-in-progress cancellations on a case-by-case basis. Care Plan subscriptions can be cancelled anytime going forward, with no refund for the current billing period already in progress.
We build sites carefully, but we don't guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g., number of bookings, search ranking position, or revenue). To the extent permitted by law, GSD Tech Group's liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant project.
Our sites may rely on third-party tools (such as Netlify for hosting/forms, or Google for reviews widgets). We aren't responsible for outages, changes, or issues caused by those third-party providers.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms as our services evolve. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
